Spa Attire: We will provide you with robes and slippers. Please avoid bringing valuables.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hr. cancellation notice is required.

Gratuities: Usually up to our patrons.. When we are asked 15-20% is standard.

Spa Etiquette: To preserve a tranquil setting, cell phones, pagers, etc. are prohibited. We ask our guests to keep voices to a minimum.

Spa charges and policies are subject to change without notice. CreekSide Day Spa requires a 48-72 hour advance notice of cancellations and re-schedules. If CreekSide Day Spa is not notified 48-72 hours in advance a service fee of $25.00 will be applied. This policy also applies to no-shows.
